What is the different between the three product levels?

Users of our platform range in the needs and skill sets that they have. Our Standard Level is targeted to a smaller team with minimal IT support and technical skills. The Departmental Level is for larger organizations, typically with more technical skills. Our Enterprise Level (or Multi-site) is designed for more complex organizations. All solutions run on the same platform and you can upgrade easily.  

How do we get started?

Contact us and we can set up a site for you to try out without obligation. If it fits your needs, we can get trained and working in no time.

Can QGCase be modified?

Yes, but it depends on the Application Level you have selected. The Basic Level is design to be run without much setup required, and minimal modifications.

Can we do research?

Yes, you can do research and publish your findings. We have been involved in many research studies and we can help you set up consents and work with your IRB so you don’t have issues down the road.. 

Can our users have different roles?

Yes, users can be set up to have different functions available based on their requirements.
