## What QG Case Does

QG Case standardizes the full case management workflow from intake to case closure: intake and eligibility screening, client profiles, care plans, tasks and follow-up tracking, contact activity, case closure, and outcomes reporting. It replaces spreadsheets and email-based case management with a structured, auditable, and measurable platform.

QG Case is not an EHR. It complements EHRs by managing program workflows, interventions, follow-ups, tasks, and outcomes reporting that are difficult to run inside an EHR alone.
